Dennis was awesome! I went to 3 other people over 3 months to get my son's custom gaming computer fixed, including the last place that took a week and a half and couldn't even diagnose the issue. Dennis sat in front of me, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and the computer was fixed inside an hour. I got a repaired computer with no new parts needed and a hardware education while I waited. Then he stress tested the computer to make sure I wouldn't get home and have to take it back. I would whole heartedly recommend Dennis and Ultimate Technology services!

Had a issue w 2 of my tv menu boards that I couldn't figure out for over a week. Dennis came and accessed my issue and in about 5 minutes he figured out my problem and addressed it & fixed it for me! I liked Dennis immediately. Not only was he friendly, but he opened my laptop to see if he could find a solution then provided me with alternatives. He provided me with a workaround for my laptop so that I could continue working while waiting for my part to come in and communicated me via text during the process. My part arrived in 1-day and Dennis successfully installed it within minutes. He is an excellent technician and very personable. I highly recommend him.
