Had a issue w 2 of my tv menu boards that I couldn't figure out for over a week. Dennis came and accessed my issue and in about 5 minutes he figured out my problem and addressed it & fixed it for me! I probably would of never figured it out. He was professional & knew his stuff. I would 100% recommend Ultimate Technology Services & I'm sure I will be using him again for any other issues!

I liked Dennis immediately. Not only was he friendly, but he opened my laptop to see if he could find a solution then provided me with alternatives. He provided me with a workaround for my laptop so that I could continue working while waiting for my part to come in and communicated me via text during the process. My part arrived in 1-day and Dennis successfully installed it within minutes. He is an excellent technician and very personable. I highly recommend him.
